Terms of service
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms apply every time you order a flight reservation document from TemporaryTicket. Ordering means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
1. What we sell
TemporaryTicket prepares a flight reservation document: a booking record for a scheduled flight, showing a reservation code, the route, the dates and the passenger names you give us. It is intended as supporting paperwork — for example, where a visa application or an onward travel check asks you to show an intended itinerary.
2. What we do not sell
A reservation is not an airline ticket. It is not paid airfare, it does not give you a seat, and it cannot be used to check in or board a flight. To travel you must buy an issued ticket from an airline or travel agent. Do not arrange travel on the assumption that the reservation will carry you.
We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any airline named on our website or on your document. Airline names appear for route identification only.
3. Acceptance is never guaranteed
Embassies, consulates, airlines and border authorities set their own rules, and those rules change. Some require a fully paid ticket and will not accept a reservation. We cannot promise that any particular authority or carrier will accept the document, and we do not refund on the basis that one did not. Check the current requirements for your case before you order.
4. The details you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter: passenger names, the route, the dates, and your delivery email. Names must match the passport the passenger will travel on. We prepare the document from exactly what you submit.
If we make a mistake transcribing your order, we will correct it and reissue the document at no cost. If the details you supplied were wrong, contact us and we will tell you whether a correction is possible.
5. Price, payment and currency
The price for your itinerary is shown before you pay, per passenger, as a one-time charge in USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Any discount or promotion code is applied at checkout and is shown in the total before you confirm.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We email the completed document to the address you give us, normally within 2 minutes of payment clearing. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us — usually the address was mistyped and we can resend it.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The document is a digital item prepared for you specifically and delivered quickly, so the usual cooling-off period does not apply once delivery has begun. In practice:
- Before we send it — ask us to cancel and we will refund you in full.
- We failed to deliver — if you never receive the document and we cannot resend it, you get a full refund.
- We got it wrong — if the document does not match the order you placed, we correct and reissue it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer.
- After correct delivery — the item has been supplied, so it is not refundable. That includes an authority or airline declining to accept a reservation, and details that were entered incorrectly by you.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, typically a few working days. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the document to support your own travel paperwork. You may not alter it, resell it, present it as an issued ticket or paid airfare, or use it to deceive anyone. Orders placed with names or details that are not genuine may be cancelled and refused.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the document you ordered, correctly and on time. We are not responsible for outcomes that are not ours to control: a refused visa, a refused boarding, a schedule change by an airline, or costs you incur on the assumption that a reservation is a ticket. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
